OD Section Head
What you will do:
- Monitor and maintain Jordan Organization Structures, People Mapping, Job Value…etc
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR Monitor, measure, and report organizational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Coordinate with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organizational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of organizational development objectives, purposes, and achievements
- Maintain an updated organization structure for all business units
- Manage Finehh job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions, and the correct grading of jobs
- Manage all Human Energy Policies and Procedures review, improve, implementation and documentation and to make sure it’s announced and understood by all members in the BU
- Assist the HR Manager in setting and implementing career and succession plans for company employees and positions to ensure effective position and career management
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and functions at the company to establish own departmental career and succession plans, implement and report results of such plans
- Coordinate with company HR departments and functions to harmonize succession plans and coordinate interrelations between various plans at the company
- Coordinate with other HR functions, including training, performance management, and recruitment & sellection to communicate and coordinate career and succession plans
- Utilize and effectively implement adopted HRMS tools and systems in own area of work to ensure data availability and proper management of activities
What you will need:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a Human Energy OD Field
- Must have Jordan’s experience of working within FMCG
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Planning and prioritization skills
