Job Opportunity: Receptionist at City Eye Center – Al Abdali Hospital
City Eye Center at Al Abdali Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team!
Key Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Prior experience in a medical receptionist role is a plus.
- Basic in English commands (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, instruct, and assist patients.
- Obtain and enter patient information and complete daily work logs and balance financial transactions into system.
- Relay medical and/or insurance updates to the appropriate departments.
- Collect and post payments while maintaining and balancing cash drawers.
- Confirm completeness of medical charts and settle financial responsibilities before patients leave.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls professionally and respectfully.
