A leading company in outsourcing in Jordan is seeking to hire a “Customer Service Rep” with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
1_ Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Call & Emails in a very timely manner.
2_ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
3_ Process Customer Orders.
4_ Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer’s needs.
5_ Work with customers on order forecasting and future order demands.
6_ Follow up on customer’s orders via emails and calls.
7_ Sales support.
8_ Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Qualifications:
1_ Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking).
2_ 0-2 years of working experience (Entry Level).
3_ Must have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
4_ The ability to work late shifts from the office (Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM Jordan time).
5_ Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
6_ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work .
