REGIONAL SECURITY MANAGER, MENA
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring and Capacity Building
- Administrative and Financial Management Responsibilities
- Develop Strategies, Procedures and Protocols to manage security risk
- Assessments, Planning and Information Management
- Act in a crisis
- Regional liaison and representation
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a field related to humanitarian work or security risk management
- Fluency in English
- Five years’ experience in assisting international organizations in developing security strategies for their operations in multicultural contexts, or directly related experience outside the INGO sector
- Five years’ experience in supervising security professionals and mentoring junior staff
- Experience living and working in fragile or conflict environments
- Experience of operating in the MENA region and familiarity with the different operating contexts
- Training experience in an adult learning context
