Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and respond to emails.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the concerned parties.
- Record details of customer inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Record details of action taken.
- Provide customers with information related to the company’s products and services.
- Fill out the complaint form (complaint type and taken action).
- Convert route calls to the concerned parties.
- Update existing customer information.
- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 Years of experience in a similar role.
