Digital Transformation Project Manager

Job Description :

Project Manager is responsible for delivering successful outcomes for key business transformation projects via effective project management, The projects managed by this role will be significant in scale and business impact. In addition, There will be a requirement to manage a number of projects concurrently (more than one project at the same time)

Major suggested duties – for clarifying purposes (not limited to the following):

  • Define digital project governance framework.
  • Proactively monitoring digital project overall progress including budget, risk, resources and change management.
  • Manage the completion of all key project documentation.
  • Raise risks, issues, changes to the digital transformation program manager.
  • Ensure that the delivery of digital project “deliverables” products or services meet the program requirements and held to the appropriate quality.
  • Manage stakeholders communications and expectations. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting “project status”.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to manage multiple work – streams and projects.
  • Lead clear communication of technical & business requirements
  • Manage own time and workload to ensure deadlines and internal standards are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects.
  • BSC degree in IT or business related fields.
  • PMI-ACP or Scrum Master Certificates
  • PMP is preferred
