Quality reporting for resource mobilization and donor accountability:

Collaborating with the Donor Relations and Education sections, plan, develop, compile,

draft and edit reports to be used for donors (including: Consolidated Emergency Reports (CERs),

progress and final reports for donors, and ad-hoc donor updates as required).

Regular reporting:

Develops and edits COVID-19 and regular sitreps, presentations, and annual reports as required

OBJECTIVE: This consultancy is required in order to support the Education section in the area of donor reporting.

The consultancy will primarily contribute to major milestones during the period by:

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Quality reporting for resource mobilization and donor accountability:

Up to 20 Consolidated Emergency Reports – Due from February to March 2021. Up to 10 progress and final donor reports – Due from January until April 2021.

Regular reporting: Drafting and editing qualitative COVID-19 and regular quarterly sitreps – COVID-19 due monthly (1 x 4 months),

1 regular quarterly sitrep due in March, 2021.

Partnership building:

Supporting programme managers in editing and copywriting an estimated 1-2 concept notes or proposals per month.

Innovation and knowledge management:

Providing editing and copywriting required to support programme managers in the development of two pagers and other knowledge management briefs.

Estimated to include up to 4 two pagers and 2 knowledge management briefs during four-month period.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

PROPOSED PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Monthly Payments:  Lump sum payment will be made monthly, inclusive of all professional fees, daily allowances,

living allowances, and other administrative costs as follows:

1 – 20 per cent

2 – 20 per cent

3 – 20 per cent

4 – 40 per cent

Overtime, weekend and official holidays will not be compensated, nor will any holiday/leave time be granted..
