Purpose of the Job:
A Senior Marketing Executive is entrusted with managing Escape the Room’s marketing
initiatives. It is critical role in boosting the business sales by developing a marketing strategy
that expands the reach to the targeted audience.
Responsibilities
– The Senior Marketing Executive in cooperation with concerned other managers shall prepare the annual sales plan.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall continuously communicate with the CEO and General Manager informing the
of the plans and the progress.
– The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for setting the sales goals and targets and planning to achieve them.
– At the end of each quarter, the Chief Marketing Officer and Top Management shall review the annual sales plan and
take the required actions.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall ensure the alignment between the marketing plan and the sales plan.
– The Senior Marketing Executive in coordination with the marketing team shall determine the marketing objectives,
targeted market groups The products/services to be marketed, and the types of marketing activities that can be used.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall conduct a meeting with the Operations Manager to discuss Marketing and Sales
plans and ensure their applicability.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall be responsible to make any adjustments on the sales and marketing plans if
needed.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall review the activity card and mood board and decide to approve or reject.
– The Senior Marketing Executive shall be responsible to coordinate with the other departments, especially the
Operations Department, informing them of their roles and the coming campaigns.
*Job Qualifications*
Qualifications:
– Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or other
related fields.
– An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA).
Practical Qualifications: – 5 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience
– Experience in a leadership role.

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
