A well-known real estate company in Amman is looking for an office manager and “executive secretary.”

-Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required.
-Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
-Answering phone calls
-Organizing travel and itineraries
-Organizing and planning meetings
-Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
-Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
Requirements
-2–4 years of relevant experience as a PA or office manager -reporting to CEOs or managing directors
-B.A. a bachelor’s degree in business administration, languages, or a related field
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-English is required.
-Female only
