Area Business Manager
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Assist in developing the monthly sales goals
- Train and develop store managers
- Hire and onboard new staff and baristas
- Manage established volume/revenue/spending budgets within territory
- Weekly recap of all activity to be sent to director using agreed upon format
- Ensure all locations are in excellent condition
- Manage day-to-day operations at the locations
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in food or beverage sales
- Track record of success in building/executing sales plans
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable solid business relationships
