IP Systems Sr. Engineer
Description
Job Brief
Responsible for Umniah CLOUD, IP SYSTEM, IP Telephony (IPT) and IP Contact Center (IPCC) systems in terms of system administration, design, implementation and configuration to support company related projects, and capacity planning activities and operational activities, maintaining IP Telephony and IP Contact Center systems inventory and structure, and generate all required reports to assure systems are running in safe margins.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or other related filed

Limited Experience in a related filed

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and Manage Umniah Cloud and IPCC Network
Implement Cloud and IPCC Customers Services
Provide 2nd level support for Cloud and IPCC customers
Maintain the ISP environment to improve the performance and Achieve 99.95% Monthly availability of the network and within the defined SLA
Introducing New features and elements to the network
Data management handling
Monitor and evaluate New features and elements additions to the network
Maintain System Environment Design and Product Life Cycle
Capacity planning Calculation
IP System reporting
Monitor and continuously support Umniah and customers Cloud , and IPCC Network cases and requests
Implement and manage Umniah Cloud , and IPCC Solutions and Projects
perform documentation for the system environment
