- Making sure that the pickers are properly trained and working accordingly
- Conduct smooth financial processes between the vendor and talabat finance
- Making sure that the catalog is updated
- Lead the team of Vendor Coordinators to:
- Ensure menu updates for all vendor partners
- Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes and making sure that Vendor Net Fail Rate is reduced significantly
- Ensure that picker flow is up to talabat standards
- Ensure that there will be daily interaction with pickers to gather feedback and improve in the process
- Ensure that all vendor daily issues are addressed
- Ensure that all weekly promotions are implemented 100%
- Ensure significant improvements on vendor cleantime, preparation time, and vendor late
- Ensure that all vendors and pickers are aware of the Pelican processes
