Senior Human Resources

A newly established cosmetic & pharmaceutical Company in Amman is announcing to fill the Senior Human Resources position.

Key Responsibilities:

. Regulatory Compliance & Training: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations (GMP, GLP, FDA). Manage, track, and document employee training and certification programs for audit readiness.

.Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment for specialized roles (scientists, engineers, regulatory experts) and develop competitive compensation/benefits packages.

.Workplace Safety & Employee Relations: Oversee compliance with safety protocols (OSHA), manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address grievances in accordance with labor laws.

.Performance & Workforce Planning: Manage performance evaluation processes, align workforce needs with production goals, and handle succession planning.

.Crisis Management: Lead HR response during operational emergencies or supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

.Proven HR management experience within a pharmaceutical environment.

.Strong understanding of compliance standards (FDA, EMA, GMP, GLP, OSHA).

.Deep knowledge of labor laws, performance management, and ethical hiring practices.

.Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
