Position: Account Manager
Location: Amman, Jordan
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Account Managers to join our growing team. While experience in the financial sector is a plus, it is not required — we welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds who demonstrate strong sales skills and a drive to succeed. AT Securities is committed to training our team from the ground up and supporting their development every step of the way.
Requirements:
2 to 8 years of proven sales experience in any industry
Strong sales competencies with the ability to build client relationships and close deals
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken
Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients
Promote AT Securities’ products and services with professionalism and confidence
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance
Stay engaged with ongoing training and market updates
