We are currently seeking a Head of OHS Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Position: Head of Occupational Health & Safety Department
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure a safe workplace.
• Develop periodic reports on departmental performance, risks, and improvement proposals.
• Train staff and promote preventive awareness across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and liaise with internal and external audit bodies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering or a related field.
• 7–9 years of professional experience in occupational health & safety.
• Valid certification from the Ministry of Labor (Supervisor, Specialist, or Technician level).
• Deep knowledge of local health & safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
