We’re Hiring: HR Manager at Almoasron Group
Almoasron Group is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead and grow our Human Resources function. If you are passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the group’s overall goals
· Oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
· Lead performance management processes and support employee development
· Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
· Manage compensation and benefits planning and administration
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
· Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
· Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
· Support organizational change, development, and training initiatives
· Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making
· Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial roles
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
· Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
