Job Announcement: (ATMs & Application Sr. officer)
We are at alrajhi bank- Jordan looking for a skilled ATMs & Application to join our team!
**applicants must have Jordanian nationality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless application support.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases with minimal disruption to services.
- Create and maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and known issues.
- Lead incident and problem management activities for critical applications.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose enhancements.
- Analyze ATM incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support for ATM operations, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge in ISO message for the ATM’s.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a senior role.
Competencies:
- knowledge of SQL, databases, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with application monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong understanding of ATM hardware and software.
