We’re Hiring: Head of Human Resources Department
A well-established private firm is looking for a Head of HR with 7–8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
What we’re looking for:
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Extensive experience in recruitment and headhunting
Solid reporting and analytical capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Revise and improve HR policies (vacation, leave, salary raises, WFH, etc.)
Overhaul performance evaluation processes and promotion criteria
Develop and oversee training and capacity-building plans
Monitor execution of training programs
Cultivate company culture and engagement through regular initiatives
Supervise daily HR operations (attendance, timesheets, etc.)
Report HR KPIs and progress to senior leadership
