PKF Jordan & PKF Iraq , is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our company, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in administrative work, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling various tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparing audit-related documentation, reports, and presentations, including financial statements.
– Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness, providing administrative support in the preparation and distribution process.
– Provide day-to-day administrative support to the partners and managers.
– Work closely with audit managers to ensure that the high-quality deliverables.
– Conduct general admin and file maintenance duties.
– Compose, type and review memos, e-mails and letters, records, posts and maintains and organizes records.
– Greet and give information to callers and visitors, screens and transfer calls as necessary.
– Copy, scan, e-mails documents, and route various communications.
– Arranges meetings and prepares necessary meeting materials.
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Previous Experience: 2+ Years in administrative work within audit firms.
– Excellent Computer usage skills especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent Communication and follow up.
– Fluent in English (oral and written).
