We are looking for a Branding and Events Senior Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline.
•Minimum of 3 years experience working within a corporate communications or media relations environment.
•Specialized certificate in marketing communications is a plus.
•Solid understanding of the aviation industry is a plus.
•Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Basic understanding of branding and event management concepts.
•Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus, with a willingness to learn and enhance skills.
•Creative thinking and passion for contributing fresh ideas.
•Commitment to delivering quality work.
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Flexibility to support events that may require occasional evening and weekend availability.
Principal Accountabilities
1.Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote the company image.
2.Plan, design, organize and execute various events – including campaigns, company functions, conferences and corporate meetings.
3.Coordinate various aspects of event management – including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics and on-site coordination.
4.Collaborate with marketing communications and design teams to create marketing collateral, promotional materials and branded merchandise for events.
5.Ensure brand consistency across all event-related communications – including invitations, signages, presentations and social media promotions and artworks.
6.Identify, evaluate and seek sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
7.Manage relationships with event organizers, ensuring sponsorship opportunity exposure is achieved and providing necessary support and recognition.
8.Identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning, event planning and sponsorship partnerships.
9.Monitor and evaluate event and sponsorship performance – including return on investment, attendee feedback and key performance metrics.
10.Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in branding, event management and sponsorship.
