Trainer
As a trainer, you will be responsible for performing training needs analysis, designing training materials, and conducting effective training programs.
Minimum requirements;
• 2 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer.
• Strong presentation & communication skills.
Contact Center Supervisor
As a Contact Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for Supervising, leading, monitoring & evaluating the assigned teams to achieve the required KPIs and goals.
Minimum requirements;
• 5 year experience as a Contact Center Supervisor.
• Strong contact center KPI’s knowledge.
