Sales Intelligence & Development Team Member
Main tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Suggesting and presenting new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will decrease churn, maintain customer retention, increase customer acquisition and increase revenues.
- Participating in preparing financial business models for new ideas and initiatives related to sales team.
- Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) periodically, developing and archiving reports which include KPI results, sales and revenue figures, gap analysis between targets and results…etc.
- Maintaining professional relationships with sales touch points, dealing with crucial and urgent occurrences which could necessitate conducting personal visits as well as monitoring the distribution initiatives of giveaways for selected clients as a token of appreciation.
- Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding the Zain’s
consumer postpaid & prepaid products and services.
- Building a long-term plan for the sales team and maintaining roadmaps to implement this plan to
maximize the sales numbers.
- Maximize the benefit of data obtained from the shop visitors by deeply understating the customer need and
the opportunity to make extra revenue from by offering promotions based on their need.
