External Communications & Marketing Officer

Izzat Marji Group (IMG) is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated “External Communications & Marketing Officer” to join our team to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Prepare and implement the annual promotional plan for Izzat Marji Group based on the marketing plan and requirements of each business unit
Plan and manage IMG Marketing promotional budget for each business unit separately
Prepare monthly media plans in accordance with the suggested promotional plan for each business unit
Coordinate with the in-house designer and supervising all requested jobs
Conduct marketing campaigns (online and offline) and coordination with suppliers
Collaborate with sales and product managers to determine key areas of focus for products, content, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with in-house designer to design different offline projects (Brochures, flyers, greeting cards, etc. …)
Coordinate with in-house social media coordinator for online activities and projects
Branding and production / coordination with production houses in regards to different projects
Conduct market research and surveys as required
Monitor Competitors’ activities
Prepare giveaways and promotional material (for different segments) and coordinating with 3rd parties/ suppliers
Event management (conferences, social and non-social events in Ramadan and other periods, travelling)
Copywriting; writing press releases and content creation, (writing and editing) , in addition to making presentations
Negotiate with media and suppliers
Website content editing and updating (CMS – content management system)
