Performance Management Specialist
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
– Master’s Degree is a Plus
– SHRM or CIPD is a Plus
– A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Effective use of Technology (Oracle/SAP) for managing PMS:
– Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System by providing training to employees and timely responding to their queries
– Monitor the usage by employees to track that they are updating all the information on the platform as required throughout the PMS process (Objective Setting to check-in, Mid-year to annual assessments)
– Continuously work on enhancing the user experience and features within the Performance Management System (Oracle/SAP)
– Preferably a minimum of 4 years’ specialist experience in Performance Management.
