Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL Officer)

Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to, guided and directed by the MEAL Manager, the MEAL Officer will be responsible for:

supporting, in coordination with GFPI’s assigned Officer, creation/design of high-quality innovative quantitative and qualitative MEAL frameworks and tools;
the review, validating, storing, analysis and presentation/visualisation of M&E quantitative and qualitative data collected by Programmes Department;
supporting the design of MEL frameworks and logframes for GFP Donor Grant Proposals;
delivering, on-site, off-site and online MEAL-related workshops and trainings for internal and external GFP audiences;
providing technical support to each Programmes team, who have lead responsibility for conducting their Programme Evaluations and donor reporting;
supporting institutional learning activities.
