Digital Transformation Member
Purpose of the Job
Transform business owners’ vision into unique digital solutions for customers enablement and best consumers experience with speed, quality, and effectiveness
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the COD process in the company and the cashier cycle with all integrations with SAP
- Work closely with the development team on new features, changes, and bugs fixing related to the COD and cashier systems including:
- understanding the business requirements from the product owners and maintain a prioritized list of the backlog
- helping in the technical design exercise
- following up with the development teams throughout the development process
- Managing and reviewing the testing results and perform any necessary QA checks on all environments (functional, stress…
3.Support stations on cash on delivery system, daily cashier reports, & reconciliation
Job Requirements
- University degree in IT related fields (computer science, engineering…)
- Up to 1 year of experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, MS Access)
- SQL database knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (English, Arabic)
- Accounting background is a plus
- Team Player
- Excellent command in english
