Purpose of the Job

Transform business owners’ vision into unique digital solutions for customers enablement and best consumers experience with speed, quality, and effectiveness

Job Responsibilities

Understand the COD process in the company and the cashier cycle with all integrations with SAP
Work closely with the development team on new features, changes, and bugs fixing related to the COD and cashier systems including:

understanding the business requirements from the product owners and maintain a prioritized list of the backlog
helping in the technical design exercise
following up with the development teams throughout the development process
Managing and reviewing the testing results and perform any necessary QA checks on all environments (functional, stress…

3.Support stations on cash on delivery system, daily cashier reports, & reconciliation
