Customer Interventions Technician
Job Description and Requirements Job Description : Repair VDSL,AVPN, ADSL &
TLP faults with quality and according to orange specifications to maintain orange network work properly and achieve TTR targets. Conduct all VDSL,AVPN, ADSL &
TLP new installations and upgrade requests according to Orange specifications with high quality within the specified time frame to meet customers demands and achieve TTD targets.
Online coordination with FMC through receiving and closing work orders according to the approved processes & procedures. Conduct specified tasks using the economic methodologies ,
and time utilization , as to insure profitability and increase his efficiency. Doing some light maintenance on the network in order to minimize faults and repeated faults. Apply Orange regulations ,
especially safety rules , reflecting good image of Orange to its customer. Keep orange N.W safe by escalating about any vandalism, cable cut and give his regular feedback about N.W black spot.
Job Requirement :
Diploma degree in telecommunication or electricity.
Success in exam dedicated to this position.
Knowledge of network components & OSP specifications. Ability of writing simple technical report.
