Intern – Marketing
Social Media moderation & customer satisfaction, attend all inquiries & comments on both
platforms (IG & FB) all needs to be answered within 30 mins – 1 hour.
- Report back to the internal customer service team in case of any order related issues.
- Ensure any customer complaints on external social media pages are handled within 1-2 hours.
- Come up with relevant captions for social media campaigns, in alignment with the marketing
Specialists.
- Schedules the social media content plan and ensure all goes out in a timely manner.
- Supports the preparation and briefing of social media engagement content & contests.
- Act as the main POC with talabat brand
ambassadors and ensure
their content is posted as
per the agreed upon time, follow up to obtain monthly invoices.
- Documenting all campaign communication with screenshots
on the marketing shared folder.
- Prepares the assigned reports on a weekly basis with proper analysis and observation.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field
- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Social media knowledge
- Keeps up with social media content trends & updates
- Attention to details
