Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating effectively with our clients and customers mainly via chat, email, and other mediums of communication.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Effective communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software
Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Experience in a logistics field is a plus
Compensation:
Salary of 2,000 to 2,500 AED a month (or equivalent in local currency)
