Human Resources Officer
Brief Job Description:

Execute hiring procedures by screening resumes, conducting first interviews/recruitment screening tests, and shortlists candidates for 2nd interview.
Complete appropriate reference check, legal background check and relatives check for all candidates before hiring approval.
Reach passive job seekers to build candidates pipelines for various positions and boost resumes database.
Maintain proper filing and archiving system for all Employment Application Forms and resumes received in order to meet hiring requirements in the company.
Prepare employment contracts, certificates and letters as per P&P.
Ensure employees’ personnel files are completed and maintain an up-to-date documents as per HR P&P.
Coordinate training courses internally & externally including training logistics.
Ensure proper implementation for all necessary paperwork related to trainings & commitments as per P&P.
Seek out and maintain up to date training resources by exploring possible training providers.
Conduct training on HRMS and HR P&P for new hires and when needed.
Prepare investigation forms and issue disciplinary actions based on HR Manager recommendation and in line with sanction tables, and policies and procedures.
Organize the incoming and outgoing mail of the department.
Processes cessations of employment as directed by the HR Manager and as per HR P&P.
Conduct HRMS testing as directed by HR Manager and provide feedback on possible improvements.
Handle day to day operations on HRMS including but not limited to manage attendance, follow up on pending transactions, approve transactions, coordinate issuance of salaries, report any abuse and maintain up to date employee records as per HR P&P manuals.
Assist the HR Manager in executing the approved annual Employees Recognition Program events and initiatives calendar to promote employees’ engagement and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English command (Written & Spoken).
Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of Jordanian labor law and relevant legislation.
