Responsibilities:
– Managing and developing policies and procedures related to human resources
– Guiding the team and motivating them to achieve the company’s objectives.
– Handling administrative and human issues specific

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in the exchange and financial sector, or equivalent.
– Excellent leadership and guidance skills.
