Job description:
Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to employee requests on the HR ticketing system in place – HR service desk.
- Prepare all the employee requested letters issued by the HR department, utilizing the HR ticketing system in place – HR service desk.
- Support new hires onboarding, document collection and provide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle all On Boarding & Off Boarding processes and related transactions.
- Responsible for creating any change transactions on HR systems and maintain updated employee data.
- Maintain an organized filing system related to employees’ physical files and all paperwork.
- Assist employees with their requirements to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Responsible for organizing Basic Training Program for all new hires, in addition to any needed training requirements and arrangements.
- Follow up on day-to-day HR operations activities of the HR department and work closely with the HR team on adhoc projects and requests.
- Responsible for the University interns. (Shortlisting, onboarding, System Transactions, and issuance of relevant letters… etc).
- Monitor attendance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or any related field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills and capability to interpret data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Multitasking and Follow up skills
- Team player
- Excellent command in English
