 1- Position: Product Manager

Reporting to: The head of Sales and Marketing
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Analysis of the quantitative sales report, conducting market research, analysis of Product trends, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear and prioritized product roadmap, considering market dynamics, customer insights, and business goals.
Go-to-market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing team to establish go-to-market strategies.
Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Product knowledge: Conduct a full product and sales tactics training.
KOLs Management: Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, increasing client/Patient base.
Activation: Conducting well-organized and creative marketing activities (Lectures, PMS, Stand-alone).
Job Requirements:
Experience: 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, 2 years similar position.
Education: BSc. in Pharmacy from a reputable university. Marketing master or diploma is a plus.
Proven performance record in pharmaceutical company (generic manufacture is preferable).
Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word.
Fluent in English.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Able to travel to the market where Savvy operates.
Able to attend an exhaustive of local activities (Daily).

2- Position: Process Development Specialist

Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Job Location: Amman, Jordan
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carrying out Laboratory Scale-up, production trials, process validation, preparation of protocols and other required documentation to support the manufacturing team for successful product development.
Build early-stage feasibility, technical, process optimization and process validation studies.
Lead technical transfers and new product launch following a project plan. Ensure that important manufacturing systems and support structures are in place for major technology transfer and new product launch.
Manage the technical transfers to provide a smooth transition.
Communicate with production, planning, quality, and validation operations to coordinate for successful transfer, process improvement, or trouble shooting.
Propose and implement sustainable solutions to resolve process issues, reduce processing times, improve yield, reduce defects, and eliminate waste.
Manage the associated Change Records, CAPAs, Deviations and validation impact.
Provide regular progress updates on activities within product launch and technology transfer.
Comply with the cGMP rules about pharmaceutical production.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D and manufacturing.
Education: BSc. in Pharmacy from a reputable university.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge in granulation, compression, and coating of solid dosage forms
Knowledge in formulation development
Basic Project Management
Problem solving skills &manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently.
