HPIT, a leading Healthcare Technology Provider, is seeking a highly qualified Projects Coordinator with a medical background. The role is demanding and high-profile, with the responsibility of establishing solid partnerships with technology owners and ensuring successful implementation of projects within the Iraqi Healthcare System.
Responsibilities:
– Forge strong partnerships with manufacturers of Medical Appliances and Equipment, and introducing them to the Iraqi market.
– Manage tender processes, contract execution, sales, and after-sales services.
– Oversee the long-term execution and development of projects.
– Engage with a complex network of blue-chip global organizations, companies, and multinational manufacturing companies.
– Conduct bilingual conversations and negotiations with stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with business regulations, policies, directives, and acts.
– Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM & ERP systems.
– Exhibit a genuine commitment to HPIT’s vision, values, and mission.
Requirements:
– Medical background (e.g., Biomedical Engineer, Pharmacists) is a must.
– Business Administration Post Graduate certification and/or experience is preferred.
– Excellent leadership skills, capable of inspiring and influencing others.
– Proficient in bilingual conversations and negotiations.
– Strong knowledge of business regulations and policies.
– Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems.
