A Night Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our food production team as a Night Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience managing a team in a fast-paced production environment.
As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the night shift production team and coordinating with the maintenance department to address any issues with the machines. You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage the night shift production team, providing guidance and direction, and evaluating team performance.
– Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any issues with the machines and ensure they are running smoothly.
– Collaborate with the Production Manager and other team members to identify and implement improvements to production processes.
– Monitor production metrics and track progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks.
– Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, with at least 1 year of experience managing a team in a production environment.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Flexibility to work the night shift.

نحن نبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي من ذوي المهارات العالية والخبرة للانضمام إلى فريق إنتاج الغذاء لدينا كمشرف نوبة ليلية. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخلفية قوية في الهندسة الميكانيكية وخبرة في إدارة فريق في بيئة إنتاج سريعة الخطى.
بصفتك مشرفًا في الوردية الليلية ، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة فريق إنتاج النوبات الليلية والتنسيق مع قسم الصيانة لمعالجة أي مشكلات تتعلق بالآلات. ستقدم تقريرًا إلى مدير الإنتاج وستعمل عن كثب مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان التشغيل السلس والفعال لمنشأة الإنتاج لدينا.
المهام الأساسية:
الإشراف على فريق إنتاج النوبة الليلية وإدارته ، وتقديم التوجيه والتوجيه ، وتقييم أداء الفريق.
التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة لمعالجة أي مشاكل مع الآلات والتأكد من أنها تعمل بسلاسة.
التعاون مع مدير الإنتاج وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتحديد وتنفيذ التحسينات على عمليات الإنتاج.
مراقبة مقاييس الإنتاج وتتبع التقدم
ضمان الالتزام بكافة معايير وأنظمة السلامة والجودة.
مؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور الهندسة الميكانيكية ، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في إدارة فريق في بيئة إنتاج.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
المرونة في العمل بالنوبة الليلية.
