Core Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity . And leads on new marketing t improve market position and achieve financial growth, assists in defining short and long term marketing objectives, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Evaluates and optimizes marketing and pricing strategies ; Analyzes market trends and preparing forecast ;Generates new business lead
Increases brand awareness and market share / Coordinates marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
Develops and manages the marketing department’s budget; Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Managing the marketing department’s staff. Prepares and presents quarterly and annual reports to senior management; Promotes our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events,Keeps informed of marketing strategies and trends; Develops Marketing Calendar on a yearly basis and keep a tracker along the year; Develops Social Media Calendar on monthly basis and review results as per approved KPIs on a quarterly basis; Manages the relationship with the Social Media Agency; Coordinates with Communication department on all creative work with the Agency.
Education and Experience:
business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification / 5 years of experience
experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
technical marketing skills
proven experience in customer and market research
relevant product and industry knowledge
digital marketing skills
experience with relevant software applications
