مطلوب موظفين خدمة عملاء للعمل لدى شركة طيبة

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary. 

Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.

Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries.

Work on projects to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 

Conduct phone surveys with customers and collect data that assess on decision making.  

Understand and strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business administration or in any related field

0-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Good command of English Language (writing & speaking) 

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

NOTE: Having a car is a must.
