Position: HR Officer
Job Purpose:
Ensure effective and efficient execution of daily HR operations in compliance with the approved company’s policies and procedures, and local labor laws.
Role and responsibilities:
-Ensure proper implementation of the company’s policies and procedures; raise violations to the HR manager where needed.
-Daily monitoring of Time and Attendance: keep up-to-date attendance records, fingerprint configuration, monitor leaves/ vacations requests.
-Ensure employee database and records are updated and maintained promptly and effectively
-Handle employee relations, prepare requests for salary certificates, experience certificate, disciplinary action and other HR related documents.
-Handle enrollment and removal of employees from Social Security and Medical Insurance
-Ensure successful and accurate information of payroll processing, edit and update payroll changes (salaries/ benefits increments, deductions, invoices…) in collaboration with the accounting department.
-Assist in Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes upon the request of the HR manager, in addition to the logistical arrangements for new joiners (access, PC, extension, mail…)
-Assist in Employee Onboarding, Orientation & Off boarding process including clearance and asset handover/collection
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit them to the HR Manager upon request.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in industrial Engineer or Business Administration, or any related field
Job Location : Jordan
Experience
1-3 years of experience in the same field.
Competencies
-Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Menaitech HR software is a plus
– Excellent Knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and social security law
– Bilingual (English/Arabic).
– Strong communication, problem solving and Detail orientation skills
