Responsibilities:
- Create a team of community managers in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt.
- Follow all brand guidelines when communicating with users.
- Draft weekly and monthly analytic reports to track progress and keep the management updated on the growth.
- Be a part of the brainstorming sessions to determine best practices to increase awareness and engagement of the brand.
- Help track, monitor, and manage the content calendar for social media and blog posts, schedule content, and provide feedback on performance.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any relevant field
- 4-5 years’ experience in social media agencies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, exhibiting excellent communication skills
- Passion for building communities and elevating the user experience
- Willingness to work with a team and provide guidance
- Knowledgeable in local card game rules
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- An avid card player is a plus
