Food Production Section Head
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless operation of the production lines and monitoring any variations in product specifications and quality.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of the production staff to maximize production efficiency.
- Work with the maintenance teams on resolving production problems.
- Prepare production reports depicting the production progress.
- Ensure the adherence to the SOPs and the Quality and Hygiene standards.
- Take measure to enhance cost efficiency and decrease material loss.
- Training employees all production related procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Food Technology or any related field.
- (8-12 years of Experience)
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Advanced Team Management Skills
- Good command of English language (writing, reading, speaking)
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and precision.
- Time management
