Medical Recruiter Required – Jordan
A recruitment company in Jordan specializing in medical recruitment is looking for an experienced Medical Recruiter to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified medical professionals.
Recruit doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, allied healthcare professionals, and other medical specialists.
Search for candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Screen and evaluate CVs according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with clients and candidates during the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong network of medical professionals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Medical recruitment experience is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good command of English.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Existing network or database of medical professionals is a strong advantage.
