Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing video and photo content creation as part of the marketing campaigns of Abdali Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, produce, and edit engaging video and photo content that aligns with Abdali Hospital’s marketing campaigns.
Work closely with doctors, internal departments, and external professionals to organize shoots, record videos, take professional photos, and coordinate feedback.
Adapt content to various formats and platforms.
Support the execution of the overall marketing strategy and content calendar, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and visually consistent.
Cover PR events and collaborations, capturing high-quality visuals and managing post-production.
Support special marketing projects (e.g., website updates, patient campaigns, internal branding).
Ensure continuous enhancement of visual content based on feedback, KPIs, and market trends.
Provide advice and support collaborations that require photos or video content such as collaborations with TV, third-party SM or commercial partners, etc.
Conduct Market & Competition Analysis.
Skills & Experience:
Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, and other visual tools.
3-5 Years of experience.
Awareness of Hospital Market.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional experience in both photography and video production.
Excellent visual storytelling abilities and a sharp eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Flexibility to work after hours to accommodate marketing requirements.
