Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in performing general ledger accounting functions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations to ensure financial data consistency Adhere to accounting principles and company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing the general sales tax report.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English & Arabic languages skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Analytical skills, attention to details, Initiative and high level of communication skills.
