We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer-Trainee to join our team for a paid internship. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Food Technology to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
About the Role:
As a Production Engineer-Trainee, you will work closely with experienced engineers and production staff to learn and contribute to various aspects of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- ssisting in the daily operations of the production line.
- Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participating in quality control checks and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Learning about and operating various production equipment.
- Contributing to process optimization initiatives.
- Supporting the implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality assurance, maintenance).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Strong interest in food manufacturing and process engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
