We’re looking for Operations & Customer Services Officer
to join team at Thrifty Car Rental
the main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, emails
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints..
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Manage customers’ accounts.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Manage administration.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
The requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field or relate
- Presentable personality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Very good English Language
