Job Title: HR Officer
Report To: HR Manager
Contract Type: Limited Contract.
Start of Assignment: Immediately

Position Overview:
Contributing to human resources management, ensuring that all services are effective and provided to all employees, and working to implement systems to achieve the Johud’s objectives with high efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Prepare contracts for new hires and follow up with them and receive their documents before joining and proceed with the full recruitment process as per the policy.
Review and verify newly hired staff personnel files including all required documents (academic certificates, employment letters etc.)
Follow up on the monthly movements of appointing a new employee/resignation/private insurance/life insurance/transfer/change of name and everything related to employees.
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Issue personnel letters/forms such as employment letters. Job offers, any official letters.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
Update the human resources database with new rental information, divisions, holidays, and sick leaves.
Providing units with balances of vacations, delays, departures, and spent vacations for all unit/department employees. – Employee leave balance.
Check monthly attendance for staff.
Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary.
Contributing to work related to evaluating employee performance.
Contribute to the coordination and follow-up of the procedures required for employees to travel or participate in training courses by preparing the necessary correspondence.
Support with investigations as needed.
Support with payroll as needed.
Competencies, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Practical experience in implementing ERP system
At least 4 years of experience in HR.
NGO experience is preferred.
Pose problem solving, situation analysis and management skills.
Proactivity and ability to motivate others.
Excellent command of Microsoft office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic required.
