We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Call Center Agent in our Company. As a key player in our customer support network, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and information related to our automotive products and services.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Document and maintain detailed customer records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
