We are currently looking for a talented “Business Analyst” to join the inspiring team.
• Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new insurance products and enhancements.
2. Analyzing and interpreting insurance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Assessing and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Creating clear and concise documentation of business processes, use cases, and user stories.
5. Participating in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that insurance products meet business requirements.
6. Maintaining open communication with cross-functional teams, providing updates on project progress and addressing queries.
7. Proactively identifying issues and bottlenecks, offering solutions to drive business outcomes.
8. Experience in Writing business documents (BRD, SRS and User stories) is a must.
9. Experience in Creating Wireframes/Mockups is a must.
• Requirements:
1. (2-3) years of experience is a must.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
5. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Salary: Depends on Experiences, education and interview.
