About the job

Hello, we are looking for a personal assistant for a content creator. Please note the personal assistant will be preforming many duties for the content creator due to their busy schedule. Portion of the requirements is as follows:

Requirments:

–          

–         Wash Launder for the Youtube Content Creator

–         Preform Car Wash and Oil change for car as needed

–         Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls

–         Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments

–         Booking and arranging events, travel, transport, and accommodation

–         Allocating personal time on schedule, and allocating time for jobs that needs to be completed independently (such as video editing, and creative planning, etc.)

–         Reminding the content creator of important tasks and deadlines

–         Running erranding’s on daily basis and ensure their tasks are completed timely manner

–         Repeated tasks are performed without prior notice

–         Manage delivery tasks for incoming and outgoing

–         Visualizing room and studio setup for next video recording, and preforming necessary task to accomplish design

–         Perform other tasks as requested by the content creator

–         Gathering and filing expenses
