Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Services Officer to join our team. As a Sales and Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and contributing to the growth of Bank of Jordan.

As a Sales and Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting banking products and services, and providing them with accurate information and guidance to help them make informed financial decisions.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs and identify opportunities to promote and sell banking products and services
Provide comprehensive and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services, including account opening, loans, debit/credit cards, and other banking services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Process customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently
Assist clients with resolving account issues, answering inquiries, and providing general customer support
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
Good understanding of banking products and services
Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using banking systems and software
Good knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance requirements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proven sales experience, preferably in the banking industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals
Familiarity with
banking products and services
Proficient in using technology, including customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
